What is your standard delivery timeframe?
For domestic orders within Pakistan, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days. International shipping times vary by destination, usually ranging from 7 to 12 business days.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our logistics partner's website to see real-time updates.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items with original tags and packaging. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are not eligible for return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
